Customised Preventative Maintenance Contract
The Power Rod Preventative Maintenance contract has been set up to ensure commercial and industrial clients do not suffer the inconvenience and cost of blockages, unpleasant smells, or health risks. It is a cost effective way of ensuring that your drains remain as clean and as healthy as is possible.
What is the Power Rod Preventative Maintenance Contract
The scheme offers regular service visits to minimise the inconvenience of blocked drains and pipes.
By keeping drains flowing we are allowing our clients to keep their production flowing. The contract can be applied to foul drainage and process pipework.
All pipework is different and the regularity and nature of the service delivered depends on the amount of use the system gets and material being discharged.
The substance being discharged, size of building and type and size of pipework are all contributing factors to the effectiveness of the system.
Preventative Maintenance Procedures
The first step is for a Drainage Engineer from Power Rod to visit your site and carry out a free site survey. The Engineer will evaluate previous problems and isolate areas of concern.
A detailed programme is then prepared showing the client which part of the system needs cleaning on a regular basis. Power Rod Engineers will then carry out the work ensuring minimum inconvenience.
